Alumni
The Choir of St John's College is proud to have a large number of successful alumni who now pursue active music careers. A large number of Choral Scholars progress to become professional singers, while a healthy proportion of former Organ Scholars now enjoy solo recital careers, or have become Directors of Music at the leading Cathedrals and Choirs around the world; and the musical discipline, professionalism and teamwork which Choristers learn at St John's often leads to scholarships at major schools and flourishing musical careers.

In the spotlight...
Richard Wilberforce
Richard was a choral scholar at St John’s College, Cambridge, completed his studies at the Royal College of Music under Ashley Stafford, where he held a Douglas & Hilda Simmonds Award, and a Charles Branchini Scholarship.
Stephen Cleobury
Stephen Cleobury has for over quarter of a century been associated with one of the world’s most famous choirs, that of King’s College, Cambridge.
Jeremy Huw Williams
The Welsh baritone Jeremy Huw Williams studied at St John's College, Cambridge, at the National Opera Studio, and with April Cantelo.
